POSSIBLE MIAMI 2025

About the Event:
POSSIBLE was a premier three-day marketing conference and expo, held April 28–30 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The event brought together leaders from across the marketing ecosystem—from emerging talent to C‑suite executives—for thought leadership, innovation, and networking.

My Role:
As part of the TripleLift team, I was responsible for designing and executing the visual branding for our private suite at SOHO Miami, which served as a space for client meetings, networking, and happy hours throughout the event. I collaborated closely with our events team to transform the suite into an immersive, on-brand environment that elevated our presence and created a memorable experience for guests.

Deliverables:

  • Social Media Content:
Designed branded LinkedIn graphics to promote our presence at POSSIBLE Miami and drive engagement.

  • Environmental Graphics:
Created custom vinyl wall wraps and decals tailored to the SOHO suite layout, enhancing the branded experience from entry to exit.

  • Framed Art Replacements:
Developed original artwork to replace and conceal existing in-room frames, aligning the space with our visual identity.

  • Branded Merchandise:
Designed event swag including shirts, hats, and tote bags to reinforce brand presence and provide memorable takeaways.

  • Digital Invitation & RSVP Hub:
Designed and built a branded online landing page for invitations and RSVP management.

Process:

While I have extensive experience designing for corporate events, Possible Miami was the first project where I was able to visit the event site in advance—a valuable opportunity that had a major impact on the final outcome. A few weeks prior to the event, I traveled to Miami with our events manager, Lucy, to tour the suite, take measurements, and plan the layout on-site.

During the visit, I helped make key decisions about the spatial design—such as which walls to wrap in vinyl, how to cover existing artwork, and where to move furniture to create purposeful meeting zones. Seeing the space in person allowed me to design with intention and precision.

As soon as I stepped into the suite, I envisioned a full vinyl wrap for the column wall at the entrance to make a bold first impression. I also selected key walls in the dining and bedroom areas for accent vinyl applications. We documented all existing artwork to be covered, measured frames, and thoughtfully placed logos to balance branding with aesthetics.

Since the suite was originally designed as a hotel room, we needed to reimagine it for professional use without stripping away its functionality. This included incorporating the bed, tub, and shower into the design in a playful, brand-appropriate way.

This project was especially rewarding because I was able to design directly from my own measurements, photos, and layout plans—bringing the vision to life from concept to execution.
